Working throughout the United Kingdom our focus relates mainly to brownfield regeneration opportunities which result in mixed use projects.
In partnership with Kapital Foundation, we are currently working to promote the proposed development of Hilton and extention to Scotland's first Garden City at Rosyth in Fife.

Active in both Poland and Lithuania, current projects include the development of a sustainable resort hotel complex within an area of great landscape value in a National Park on the outskirts of the Lithuanian capital city of Vilnius.
