Prior to establishing The Kapital Corporation, Keith Punler was founder and Chief Executive of award winning luxury house builder The Manor Kingdom Group Limited which was sold in October 2004.

A quantity surveyor by profession and an alumni of Heriot Watt University, Keith established the business in 1990 whilst initially continuing to work for a firm of surveyors.

Twenty seven national awards were bestowed on the business during his tenure, including British House builder of the Year four out of five years between 1999 and 2004, and Keith was nominated as Young Scottish Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000 and as Scottish Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001.

He was chairman of the Fife Sport and Leisure Trust, which operates leisure facilities on behalf of Fife Council, retiring from this role in November 2011.

Keith is also a Trustee of the Carnegie Dunfermline Trust and the Carnegie Hero Fund Trust, two of the philanthropic foundations established by one of the worlds leading philanthropists, Andrew Carnegie.
